Discount Terms 🚚

The product page displays the lowest price of the product from the last 30 days. If the product has only been sold at the regular price, this is also the lowest price.

Any discount or free shipping is granted:

• automatically or

• with a discount code, if the order total meets the conditions

If, after a potential product return, the order value falls below the discount conditions or the free shipping threshold, the discount is voided and the standard shipping fee is deducted from the refunded amount.

Example 1:

You order two products and receive free shipping or another discount. When returning one product, the condition for the discount is no longer met. In this case, the benefits expire and the difference is deducted from the refunded amount. The end result is the same as if you had ordered one product without any discounts.

Example 2:

You order three products and receive a 10% volume discount as well as free shipping. If you return one product, two products remain, which means the order value exceeds the free shipping threshold but does not meet the conditions for the volume discount. In this case, the end result is the same as if you had ordered two products without the volume discount.
